Q. Who will this photography suit?

A. Anyone who would like to have a professional image of themselves or a loved on. It would make a fantastic gift, a 18th, 21st or 40th birthday present.

Q. What do I get for my money?

A. eleven11 photography will come out to the event (reasonable traveling time is included - However, extra traveling can be negotiated) for about 2-3 hours (if the event is a sport like cricket, time can be negotiated in advance or at short notice) and take as many photographs as necessary to produce "one" quality framed or unframed single shot picture. Processing and image manipulation time is included in the cost.

Printing is done on Premium Photo quality inkjet paper, using UV quality ink. Framing is professionally produced and includes matting, glass and a selection of frame styles.

Q. What sports are suitable?

A. Essentially, eleven11 photography can photograph any sport at any time and in any (reasonable) location.. Please bear in mind that some sporting events or competitions do not have the luxury of predictable or reliable timings (eg: cricket and some athletic events). These can be discussed in advance.

Obviously, there is a limit to what me or my equipment can deal with (eg: sky diving, mountain climbing or ocean sailing). Success with these activities is limited by the conditions or they have the potential for equipment damage. However, please contact me and we can at least discuss it.

Q. What if the photographs aren't acceptable or I'm not happy with them?

A. You are not obligated. If you are not happy with the image(s), there will be no charge. However, there may be other options.... eg: a montage or action sequence may produce the result you are after. However, because this will probably involve extra processing and image manipulation, there will be extra costs.

Q. How do I view the images?

A. As soon as possible, you will be contacted to arrange a viewing. This can be done at your home using a laptop, or at my home. Although email and the internet are available to view images, because of copyright issues, this is an unreliable medium to present high quality images in an acceptable fashion.

Q. What if I have some old photographs?

A. Anything is possible! Old or existing images can be scanned, enhanced (if necessary) and added to a layout or sequence to illustrate sporting development, achievements, changes over time or a number of different sports.

Q. Who is this kind of photography geared to?

A. Traditionally, professional sports photography was only available to the elite or professional athlete. My goal is to give anyone from any sport, at any age and at any level, the opportunity to access, own and enjoy quality, professional and creative sports photography.

Q. What happens to the images taken of me?

A. Firstly, because of copyright, all images are owned by eleven11 photography and cannot be used or reproduced in any other way, beyond what is offered here, without the consent of eleven11 photography .

Secondly, images taken may be displayed on this web site and any related literature or advertising.

Thirdly, no image will be used by or sold to anyone other than you (the photographed person/the person requesting the photograph) or used for any other reason, than those already listed, without your consent.
